Occupational Violence - Toolbox Talks
The Toolbox Talks have been developed to support the ongoing delivery of workplace discussions and refresher training on preventing and managing Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) within aquatic facilities.
Each session focuses on a practical, real-world topic drawn from common situations faced by Lifeguards, Swim Teachers, Duty Managers, and Frontline Staff in public aquatic environments. The talks are designed to build staff capability and confidence in communication, situational awareness, de-escalation, and team response.
