This highly regarded program has helped over 100 aquatic professionals to step up with confidence, strengthen their leadership capability, and make a lasting impact in their facilities and communities.
Emerging aquatic leaders have the opportunity to undertake in this interactive and engaging workshop — led by our expert facilitator, Peter Agnew, and designed specifically for the aquatic and recreation industry.

Who is the for?
This Leadership Program is for Lifeguards, Duty Managers, Swim Teachers, Fitness Instructors and Customer Service Operators who are wanting to or who have recently been appointed as a team leaders or supervisor, in their facility.
