Inviting Your Team and Managing Access

Overview

Assessment Manager has been designed to support collaboration across your organisation. By inviting managers, supervisors and other team members into the platform, organisations can share responsibility for assessments, improvement activities and reporting.

Ensuring the right people have the right level of access is critical to maintaining data quality and protecting sensitive information.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to My Account and Users

Open the My Account section of Assessment Manager on the left hand side menu. Scroll down to the Users section Under your Organisation

Step 2: Invite a New User

Select Invite User and enter the user's details, including their name and email address.

Step 3: Allocate Facility Access

Select the facilities the user should be able to access.

Step 4: Assign a User Role

Allocate the appropriate role based on the user's responsibilities within the organisation.

Step 5: Send the Invitation

The user will receive an email invitation to create their account and log into Assessment Manager.

Step 6: Review User Access

Periodically review user permissions and update access where required.

Tips and Best Practice

Follow the principle of providing users with only the access they need to perform their role. Regularly review user permissions and remove access promptly when staff leave the organisation or change positions.

Where possible, have at least two Organisation Managers to ensure access can still be managed if one administrator is unavailable.
